"I took quite a bit of time in making a decision to buy another bike since it had been quite a while since I had owned a street bike. Every time I went in David was there and answered any questions that I had or just let me spend all of the time looking that I wanted. I was comparing bikes and was quite frankly leaning towards buying a Harley. I visited two local Harley shops and asked them why I should buy a Harley versus another brand. What I wanted to know was why is a Harley better based on quality, performance etc.. All I got was it's a Harley and has great resale value. Many years ago I owned a Harley and I guess I can understand why they didn't want to discuss things like performance or reliability but I thought maybe that had changed, apparently not. In my search for a bike price was not a primary factor in my buying decision but it was nice to get great service and what I think will be a great product for a very good value. Keep up the good work!"

"I had a trike conversion done in June. This month, I had some troubles that flat scared the heck out of me, ie a loud banging that for the life of me sounded like a rod slapping away on the front cylender, and also excessive oil consumption. my original dealer, Honda of Houston blamed all on the trike conversion and said that having done same, Honda would not warranty these problems. They blamed a 2 1/2 quart consumption in 3100 miles on undue stress of the conversion. I don't buy it, but what do I know? Anyway, Bob in your service dept. and builder of my trike has been most helpful. With his long distance guidance, I was able to locate the banging.. driveshaft coupling lock. Re-adjusted same, banging gone. We'll watch the oil like a mother hen!!! Just wanted to sing praises toward Bob. I hope ya'll realize what a great employee you have there! Thanks Bob, Louis Dusek"
